The California based company Applied Materials is the world largest manufacturer and supplier of products and services in the Semiconductor Industry. It also focuses on systems for the production of electronic chip components and equipments for the production of photovoltaic panels and solar cells.


Arise Technologies (CND)

The Canadian Arise Technologies Corporation focuses on the development and production of high-efficiency solar panels. The solar cells are since April 2008 produced in Germany, in Bischofswerda.


BASF (GER)

BASF ("The Chemical Company") is the world leading chemical company. With about 97,000 employees, six network sites and about 330 production sites worldwide BASF assists customers and partners in almost every country. Aescusoft supports the photovoltaic research division with measurement technology.


Ciba (CH)

This worlwide active company is since April 2009 part of the BASF Group. Its wide range of expertise focuses on quality improvement and production of materials in every stage of the value added chain. The basis is a knowledge of the appropriate chemical procedures and biophysical processes.


Concentrix Solar GmbH (GER)

Founded in 2005 as a spin-off of the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems, the Freiburg, Germany based company is today present on the market with a focus on concentrator solar systems. Thus the research of the Fraunhofer Institute is further developed and brought directly from the laboratory into the market.


Conergy (GER)

Conergy specializes in solar energy and produces crystalline solar panels, inverters and mounting systems ad therefore offers all the components for photovoltaic solar energy system. Conergy also projects and finances regenerative large scale projects for institutional investors.


Evergreen (USA)

Evergreen is a manufacturer of photovoltaic panels, which are produced, according to the latest production techniques, with the String Ribbon Wafer Technology developed by Evergreen itself.
Evergreen produces wafers, cells and panels in an integrated process in order to meet the highest quality demands.


Fraunhofer ISE (GER)

The output of our alliance with Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems (ISE) and its research facilities in Freiburg, Gelsenkirchen (both in Germany) and Boston (USA) are trend-setting innovations for products in the sector of Renewable Energy and Semiconductor Technology. These concern above all the industrial use of solar energy and the development of new production technologies.


Q-Cells (GER)

The core business of Q-Cells, which was founded in 1999, is the development, production and sales of solar cells in mono and multicrystalline silicon.


Robert Bosch GmbH (GER)

The Bosch Group is an international leading Technology and Service company. In 2008 total sales of the business units automotive vehicle, industrial technology, consumer goods, and building service engineering was € 45.1 bn. Part of the Bosch Group are the Robert Bosch GmbH and more than 300 associated companies in over 60 countries worldwide. Including its distribution partners Bosch is represented in 150 countries worldwide. Every year Bosch spents more than € 3.5 bn (8% of total sales) for research and development and registers more than 3000 patents worldwide. Apart from Photovoltaics the Bosch group offers numerous systems for the use of regenerative energies. Aescusoft supports the photovoltaic research division of Robert Bosch GmbH with measurement technology.

Saint-Gobain is one of the 50 largest industrial groups of the world and is a leader in the manufacturing of glass, high performance basic materials and building products. Aescusoft supports the photovoltaic research division with measurement technology.


Scan Wafer (S)

The Sweden based company is a producer of wafers for solar cells and solar panels.


Schott Solar (GER)

Schott Solar is today one of the leading manufacturers of photovoltaic products. Furthermore it markets high-efficiency receivers for solarthermic power plants using parabolic mirrors and covers the most important steps of the value added chain of solar energy.
