Solsim-TH

The characterization of thin film panels is a key issue for example to asses the guarantees of manufacturers as well as quality control. SolSim-TH is an automatic test system for the IU-characterization of thin film solar panels. The radiation is produced via a xenon-light with sensor-controlled light intensity.

  • Cell sizes: 20x20 mm, 100x100 mm, 150x150 mm, 156x156 mm with 1000 W Xenon short arc lamp as option
  • 210x210 mm with 2000 W Xenon short arc lamp as option
  • 4-point measurement with separate contacts for current and voltage measurement
  • Vacuum can be applied to different cell sizes
  • Chuck temperature control to STD according IEC 60904-9

 Solsim
